5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or biennial basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on this platform are the exclusive property of Your Company, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Your Company, Inc. is incorporated.
